Crystal holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2024) and a Master’s
degree in Human Services Counseling with a focus on Military Resilience (2025). She provides
counseling services grounded in evidence-based clinical practice while thoughtfully integrating
faith for clients who desire a spiritually informed approach. Crystal believes that life’s challenges
and injustices can disrupt trust in oneself, in relationships, and in God. Counseling, when
practiced with wisdom and care, offers guidance that aligns with the principles reflected in
Proverbs 24:6. Her approach helps individuals and couples gain clarity, strengthen emotional
regulation, and pursue healing and balance across seasons of life.

As a certified Save Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) facilitator (2023), Crystal has a
special interest in premarital and marital counseling, supporting couples as they build strong
foundations and restore connection through intentional communication, mutual understanding,
and shared values.

Crystal provides services in accordance with state licensure and scope of practice. Counseling
services are offered under appropriate licensure, and additional services are limited to
jurisdictions where permitted.
