As part of his education track, he also obtained a “Graduate Certificate in Addictions Counseling” giving him the opportunity to test for state licensure as an addictions specialist. Devin has also trained in the areas of suicide prevention and crisis intervention. As well, he worked as an intern at North Carolina State University Counseling Center where he was afforded the opportunity to work with clients from many different backgrounds, dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns.

Devin is passionate about helping others achieve their goals as it relates to mental health. He believes that physical, spiritual and mental health are integrated and consequently believes a holistic approach to counseling is vital.
