Change is a constant part of life, and navigating it can be challenging. As a Christian counselor and LPC-Associate in Texas, my goal is to help you find healing, direction, and peace through faith-based and evidence-based practices. I provide a safe and compassionate space where your voice is heard and valued.

I offer counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Sessions are available in English, Spanish, or both to ensure comfort and understanding.

Originally from Brooklyn and raised in Texas, I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques—guided by faith and a desire to see lives restored in Christ.
